Remote Video Surveillance
You will be able to access your security system and monitor your business from any computer or smart phone. We provide highly integrated 5 Megapixel IP cameras that support both power over Ethernet connection and a standard BNC video out connection at the same time. Other features include an automatic mechanical day/night filter (for night time IR mode), and DC auto iris and alarm triggers. Internal video motion detection can upload images or video via NVR, FTP or email. Iage resolution is adjustable and both 720P and 1080P HD modes are supported. |

Warranty
We offer one-year warranty on all parts and labor. This is included in the purchase of a new system. After your one-year warranty has expired, we will be available to help you at a low hourly rate, or you can sign up for our extended warranty program.

Customer Service
We are locally owned and operated right here in Colorado. Your community is our community. Your safety concerns are ours. We understand how important your business is to you. Many of the national security companies are not based here, and most of their customer service and technical support calls are outsourced to other countries. We do not outsource anything.
You can also contact our technical support team through our website. Just complete the form and a ticket will be generated for your problem and emailed to our technical department and they will follow up with you.
At SSS, we answer our own phones here in the Denver Office. You will most likely get a live person when you call. If you do have to leave a message someone will get back to you promptly. We strive to respond quickly to any technical problems that might arise to get your system back to being fully operational as quickly as possible.
